Who is P3Cars?

P3 Cars is an aftermarket company that was founded in 2007 by Rick Schilg. It started as “Stealth Digital Vent Gauge” but was later on changed to its current name. The company specializes in building custom integrated gauges for various automobiles. P3 Gauges ODB2 Multi-gauge

Spent a few hours today at the P3 Gauges shop in Sunbury, Ohio. The company asked to use my ZL1 for a few hours to do some software testing of their prototype 6th gen Camaro ODB2 multi-gauge.

The gauge installs in the driver's side AC/heat vent and connects to the vehicle's ODB2 port. Installation is a simple swap out of the stock vent with the P3 Gauge's vent.

The gauge can display IAT1, IAT2, boost, coolant temp, engine rpm and speed, ign timing, throttle position, exhaust temps, 0-60 performance, and battery voltage. It can also read and clear codes and has two 5v analog inputs for such things as a wideband O2 sensor.

The company already sells a gauge for the 5th gen ZL1 and this one should be available for the 6th gen very soon. Checkout their website (http://www.p3gauges.com) if you want more information.
